Also check whether the rental offers ground and sky access or is a sky-only space. An attractive map position is only part of the choice: visit the actual parcel, look at its surroundings and make sure the usable space suits your plans.
Compare area and prim allowance separately
Square metres describe the footprint. The advertised prim allowance describes how much content your rental permits. A larger parcel does not automatically have the same allowance per square metre as another offer.
Plan for your house or main build, furniture, landscaping and scripted objects, with room for later additions. Use the allowance on your chosen listing and rental agreement when budgeting. A parcel counter can help you monitor usage, but its land-owner totals may include space outside your rental.

- Read the region covenant and any parcel-specific instructions.
- Confirm the maturity rating, permitted activities and ground or sky access.
- Ask about any controls your project needs, such as terraforming, group arrangements or Estate Manager permissions for a full sim.
