The same area, different capacity
Full Regions and Homesteads both cover 65,536 square metres. Their capacity and intended use differ: Full Regions offer greater flexibility for more demanding projects, while Homesteads are designed for quieter residential or light commercial use. At Royal Estate, check the advertised prim allowance, weekly price and conditions of the particular rental. The words “whole region” describe the space; they do not make every region offer identical.
Match the region to your plans
A Homestead may suit a quiet island home, landscaped retreat or modest project with limited activity. If you expect a larger build, more simultaneous visitors or heavier scripted activity, discuss a Full Sim with our team. Tell us how the space will be used so we can help you compare available options.
Consider both your opening-day setup and what you may add later. Content, scripts and visitors all matter when planning a comfortable experience. An advertised prim allowance is not a guarantee that every possible build will perform the same way.
Discuss the controls you need
Please contact us to request Estate Manager permissions. If those permissions are essential to your plans, discuss them with us before renting. Also confirm any requirements involving region appearance, access settings, land division, group arrangements, name changes or maturity rating.
The available controls and any requested changes depend on the rental and estate arrangements. Read the region covenant and confirm the details with staff rather than assuming every control is included automatically.
