No, You do not need a premium account to rent with Royal Estate. We take payments via Linden Dollars ($L) and so all Second Life members are able to rent with us.

Firstly, pay rent meter that is on the corner of parcel. Afterwards, at the top of your Second Life Program window, click on WORLD –> Buy This Land or Parcel Details –> Buy Land or Land button on the screen for $1L. (click here)

Yes, It’s possible for others to pay for you. They are able to pay the rental board directly, but if the funds are returned to them (in rare cases), you are able to add them as a SubTenant on your rental sign.

We have two options to pay rent. There is a rent meter on the corner of your land and a terminal kiosk at the Royal Estate office. You are able to pay either way.

It’s not necessary though, it would be beneficial for you to let us know that your username has changed. All reminders and Royal Estate contact would be sent to the name on the rental board.

Yes, we are able to transfer your credit. Please let us know where you would like to move from and to. If you are moving to a land, we ask that you pay at least 1 week before requesting the credit transfer. If it is not possible to pay a week in advanced, that is ok, you would need to give us the SLURL of the new rental box location.

Yes it’s possible if you have full sim or homestead. For parceled region. Normally, we aren’t able to change rating, though. All current tenants on that region must agree on the change. If one resident refuses, then the rating can not be changed.

It’s possible if you have at least half sim. We can change ground texture if your land is less than half sim, but all of your neighbors will have to agree to it as well. If one neighbor refuses, then it can not be done. We are also able to rez out prims that can be textured to have a specific texture.

Yes, You’re able to have up to 5. Their movements should be limited, by turning it off when you are not home. If they make frequent sounds, please make sure you have checked to limit sounds in your parcel in About Land or have turned off the pet’s sounds.

Prim comes with land. In order for you to gain prims, you would need to gain land mass on the same region. In order for both parcels to share the prims, they would need to be deeded to the same land group.

Yes, you can. Please contact any staff if you don’t know how to set and also you can ask for sky surrounded box.

To stop hearing your neighbor’s sounds, go to About Land and then to the Sounds tab. Click the top checkmark under the stream url box to limit sounds to the parcel. This will also not only stop your sounds from being heard outside of your parcel, but it will also prevent you from hearing sounds on other parcels (click here to see on pic)

In the Option tab of About Land, uncheck the box in the middle to ”Avatars on other parcels can see and chat with avatars on this parcel” (click here). Then, go to the Sound tab and make sure all boxes are checked under the stream url area (click here). Once done, go to your Access tab and either uncheck all boxes, or only have the Group Access checked. Utilize the Allowed and Banned lists. (click here)

You are able to open up About Land (as explained above) and click on the Objects tab. From there, click the circling arrow above the box at the bottom. This will give you a full list of all prims rezzed out and by whom. If you see a name you do not want, click the name and then click on the Return Objects button. Please make sure you are selecting a name before pressing that button, because it will return all prims on the parcel if not done correctly. (click here) To avoid someone rezzing object on your parcel, open up About Land and then Options, untick Build and Object Entry from Everyone.(click here)
